RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.
MAXIMUM EXCHANGE PROCESS ( 1 TIME ONLY )
Unused, unwashed. It's okay to change your mind.
If the purchased products don't really match your figure, you may exchange it with other products.
If you find some defects on your products, you may return it to us.
  • All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Not include shipping costs.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that Saul used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You should email us within 6 days after you receive the product. 
  • Please provide information why you want to exchange the product.
  • We will respond to your request and only after you get the email response you can return the product. 
  • Please print then fill the form manually, and send it together with the product.
  •  You will then have 6 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back. 
  • Products have to remain unused and unwashed. And not to forget, please keep all the tags and packages with it.
  • If we receive your package more that 10 days, we have the authority to cancel your product exchange.
